MSP Chauffeur Service started in 2012 with one black sedan and a simple observation: getting to Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport shouldn't be the most stressful part of the trip. Meters that climb in traffic, drivers who don't know Terminal 2 exists, cars that show up late — or not at all. We decided to run it differently.
We based the operation near MSP so our cars are never far from the curb, staffed dispatch around the clock, and priced every ride as a fixed, all-inclusive fare quoted before the wheels turn. No surge. No meters. No surprises.
Fourteen years later, that one sedan has become a full house fleet — sedans, SUVs, Sprinter vans, and a stretch limousine — driven by background-checked, uniformed chauffeurs who have completed more than 50,000 airport transfers between them. The observation hasn't changed. Neither has the standard.
